I recently read on the Computational Complexity Blog about a site containing the list of invited talks given at some of the most important theoretical computer science conferences. The author of this site also proposes a site with the list of papers accepted in theoretical computer science conferences and a site with information on the upcoming theoretical computer science conferences.
The site contains interesting resources, although several important theory conferences are not listed. I mention here only the Computability in Europe Conference Series and the Developments in Language Theory Conference Series, and the list may continue.
